Maple Ridge FarmsEst. in a home kitchen

Who makes it

One person, one kitchen, and whatever fits in the pot.

Maple Ridge Farms is Tina, working out of a home kitchen in Bowdon, Georgia. Everything on this site is made there in small batches — cooked down, jarred, poured and labeled by hand.

A batch is whatever fits in the pot. That is the real reason things sell out: not scarcity as a sales tactic, just arithmetic. When something runs out it stays out until the next one.

What is on this site is what is on the table at the market — the same jars, the same prices. The bookmarks are Abby’s, made by hand and sold alongside ours.

Things people ask

How long does an opened jar keep?
Refrigerate it once it's open. Every jar is labeled with the date it was made — go by the label, and if a lid ever comes to you unsealed, don't eat it and we'll replace it.
Why is something out of stock?
Because the batch ran out. Fruit is seasonal and the pot is one size, so things come and go. It will come back.
Can I pick up instead of shipping?
Nearby and want to skip shipping? Send us a note before you order. Checkout doesn't offer pickup as an option right now, so it has to be arranged ahead of time — but it is the cheapest way to get a jar, and it means we get to say hello.
Do you take custom or bulk orders?
For wedding favors, gift baskets and church events, yes — with a few weeks of notice, since it means scheduling extra batches. Email and ask.
What is in the candles?
Soy wax and a cotton wick, poured in small runs. Burn the first one until the melt pool reaches the glass or it will tunnel every time after.
Are the simmer pot bags edible?
No. They go in a pot of water on the stove to make the house smell like something. Nothing in them is meant to be eaten.
